US Ironworks hired American Construction Services, Inc. of Tampa to construct the large Equipment Concrete Pad at our Tampa Facility and they performed a top-notch job.

The site superintendent was readily available to address any concerns related to the field and the office staff is equally responsive to administrative concerns. They are proactive in anticipating problems and making necessary adjustments to adapt to altered requirements. They adhere to the plans and specifications. They were timely in completing the project, complied with requirements, and worked in a safe manner.

They also take pride in their work and are willing to go beyond the basic requirement as demonstrated on their work for this project. Overall, American Construction Services, Inc. of Tampa was outstanding in their workmanship.
